Okay I don’t know Kelly Wels personally but I think that if we met we’d be instant friends. Well, maybe she wouldn’t feel the same way about me but I think I’d get along just swimmingly with her! I was honored when Erin, a marketing director for Kelly, contacted me about doing a review of Kelly’s book Changing Diapers: A Hip Mom’s Guide to Modern Cloth Diapering. I’ve read the book and written a review for my job with She Thinks Media. I really didn’t think that I could add any more to the original review I wrote.


Here’s the gist though of how I feel – the book is essential. It’s an essential addition to any new cloth diapering parent’s library. Even if you’ve been around the cloth diapering block before like I have it’s an awesome resource for troubleshooting leaking issues or laundry problems. Plus, if you don’t have a lot of experience with all of the different kinds of diapers out there (I’m a pockets girl) and Kelly does a fabulous job of explaining each kind of diaper.


Here’s another reason I love the book – It’s easy to read and Kelly gets to the point. Her descriptions are to the point but also paint a picture for you. I can’t stand pointless words or flowery descriptions so Kelly’s writing style is right up my alley. You can buy Kelly’s book right here.
